Adam Jonasz is a seasoned attorney with more than two decades of experience in immigration and administrative law, combining the discipline of a U.S. Army officer with the compassion and precision required to protect families and businesses navigating complex legal systems.
Before joining Light Path Law, Adam has served as a Senior Attorney at JAL LAW, where he successfully represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). His work focused on asylum, waivers, adjustment of status, and removal defense — earning a reputation for strategic advocacy and meticulous case preparation.
