Adam Jonasz is a seasoned attorney and retired U.S. Army officer with more than 20 years of experience in litigation, investigations, and compliance. His legal career spans complex immigration matters, regulatory defense, high-stakes military courts-martial, and government investigations. As a former Judge Advocate General’s Corps officer, Adam litigated over 200 courts-martial and administrative hearings, serving both as prosecutor and defense counsel. His assignments included legal advisor roles in Guantánamo Bay, Kosovo, Iraq, and Korea, where he counseled military leadership on compliance with the Geneva Conventions, international law, fiscal law, and operational regulations. He also supervised Trial Defense Service offices, managing teams of attorneys, paralegals, and investigators.
In the private sector, Adam has successfully represented clients in immigration litigation, asylum claims, family-based petitions, and federal appeals, while also providing strategic counsel on regulatory compliance and risk management.
