His background includes extensive experience in government administrative law, internal investigations, military law, and contract and fiscal law from more than 15 years of service in the U.S. Army JAG Corps.
Since transitioning into private practice, he has continued to support clients by reviewing and drafting contracts, resolving professional and business disputes, preparing internal operating agreements and business documents, and guiding families through estate planning options.
Fluent in Spanish and experienced in multicultural environments, he holds a J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law and an LL.M. in Military Law (Contract & Fiscal Law) from The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School.
